Matthew Lenner
Matt joined Focus in 2010 and plays a key leadership role across both Long Island and New York City. His focus has been on building and scaling the business while advising clients through complex residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Over the course of his career, Matt has led transactions across residential and commercial assets that require coordination, capital structuring, and disciplined execution. In addition to his advisory work, he brings deep experience as a real estate operator with hands on involvement in acquisitions, redevelopment, project management, fundraising, joint ventures, and structured financing. His background allows him to approach transactions from both an ownership and execution standpoint, giving clients practical insight beyond the deal itself.
